Fill in applications at the dean's office:
 Attach to the application a scanned version of the identity document
Upon the consideration of the application, you will receive a notification in the Office-Registrar and further actions.
If the issue is positively resolved, the authorized body in the field of education issues an order to award an educational grant.

Based on the order of the authorized body in the field of education, a certificate of award of an educational grant is issued.

Based on the certificate issued, the head of the university issues an order for further education through an educational grant.
