This service is aimed at improving the effectiveness of the organization of the process of eliminating academic debt, if there is a difference - disciplines in the curriculum. The service is activated when the curricula are changed:
1) during the second year of study;
2) upon return from academic leave for a period of 1 year or more;
3) when transferring within the university;
5) when restoring previously expelled students;
6) when transferring from another university;
Note: The service is chargeable. For students who return from an academic leave for study at the expense of a state educational grant, the service is provided free of charge.
Step-by-step actions:
To eliminate the difference in the disciplines according to the curriculum, you need:
Approach the Registrar Office;
To familiarize with the Regulations on the organization of the delivery of the difference of disciplines on the curriculum and the Regulations on the organization of the current and summer semesters;
Provide Transcript (for students from other universities - the original document, for students of the Arkhangelsk State University - Office-Registrar forms from the Platonus system);
The Office-Registrar determines the difference between the disciplines of the current curriculum and the disciplines indicated in the transcript.
After determining the difference between the Office Registrar
You will need:
Sign the application form;
Pay the amount in the bank;
To hand over the receipt to the dean's office, to the secretary.
Send an application for review.
