The passport desk carries out a temporary registration of students who came from different regions of the country to study at our institute. This procedure is mandatory for all full-time students, except for students, whose permanent registration is in the city of Arkalyk. Temporary registration is carried out at the Arkalyk Community Service Center.

Temporary registration of students is carried out in the presence of a permanent residence permit for the former residence. For students who do not have a permanent residence permit for their former place of residence, it is necessary to re-enter a permanent residence in another settlement, except for the city of Arkalyk, for ten days, otherwise they will be fined 5MPP.

Temporary registration (address information) is necessary for living in the dormitories of the institute, for registration at polyclinics in the city of Arkalyk, for medical examination, for receiving benefits and social needs, to provide on-site requirements.

The passport desk examines all documents provided by students for temporary registration. Then a petition is made for each student. After all the documents are handed over to the CSC of Arkalyk for temporary registration.

All students must submit a package of documents for registration of temporary registration within three months from the date of admission to the institute.

Temporary registration is made:

For all students of the ArkGPI named after I.Altynsarin;
When examining documents, the following students will be refused registration of temporary registration:

Not having a permanent residence permit;
Having an expired identity card;
Who have applied for an identity card / passport in the center of another settlement.
Step-by-step actions:

For temporary registration at the passport office you need:

 Fill in the registration form of the temporary registration application for registration at the Passport Office, Personnel Department of the Institute, room 218.
 Form the following package of documents:
Address help - address information you can get in the CSC of the city of Arkalyk;
Certificate of training by the name. Completely, the date of birth, the course of study - a certificate you can get at the Office-Registrar;
Receipt for payment of state duty for registration. Payment is made through the branches of Kazpost or Halyk Bank, Eurasian Bank.
 To hand in the Passport table the following package of documents:
Identity card (original with copy);
Certificate of training;
Address help;
Receipt for payment of state duty for registration.
 The period for consideration of applications by the passport desk is within 5 working days after the delivery of the package of documents (may increase depending on the comments).
