To complete the restoration, you will need:
To familiarize with the rules of restoration approved by the government resolution (Rules for transfer and restoration of students by types of organization of education.) Order No. 19 of 20.01.2015 with amendments and additions as of April 28, 2017).
To issue an application for restoration (sample application):
With the indication of the course, faculty, specialty, language department, the form of training, the level of training.
Attach to the application:
An academic certificate;
A copy of the identity card;
1 color photo 3 * 4.
The application with the academic certificate and the contract in 2 copies must be submitted to the Office-Registrar.
The processing period for the application is 5 working days.
Following the consideration of the application, an order will be prepared for the restoration.
After the release of the order for your recovery, you will need:
To apply to the specialist of the Office-registrar of your faculty for registration and determination of academic difference according to the curriculum, assigning to the group (here you will receive a login and password);
